Do you dismantle furniture?

Unless it was agreed upon during the quotation stage, you’ll need to have all furniture dismantled and ready to move before the movers arrive. If dismantling and re-assembly were agreed upon, the staff will perform these tasks to the best of their ability. It’s crucial to confirm this during the quotation stage so they can allocate the necessary resources and equipment

How many employees will you supply?

Andrews Removals Devon will determine the appropriate number of staff and vehicles needed to ensure the job is completed on time. All our employees are fully trained, and we conduct regular checks to maintain high standards.

Will you empty my loft?

Unless your loft has a fitted staircase, is boarded out, and is lit, the moving company’s insurance will not cover our staff for emptying it. You’ll need to ensure your loft is empty before we arrive.
